LAMPIÃO light

Leitura contemporânea do tradicional lampião de vidro.
De proporções agigantadas, tem os quatro fechamentos laterais “pendurados” - em mínimo contato com a plaqueta metálica - , e um eixo interno com braços, que terminam em um prato onde se acomodam velas, o objeto luminoso do nosso lampião.
As frestas entre os planos de vidro e a catraca que possibilita o acesso às velas tornam o objeto um elemento que demanda sua atenção de forma prazerosa, como preparar e acender uma lareira, ou decantar um vinho.
O rebatimento sobre o vidro provoca a reflexão dos pavios em chamas, criando um efeito mágico, que torna o objeto curioso e belo.

A contemporary lamp inspired on the traditional glass lamps.
With enlarged proportions, it is enclosed by four glass sheets hung in a way to have minimum contact with the metallic plate and an internal axis with horizontal studs that have a plate in their extremity that accommodates the candles, which are the luminescent object in our lamp.
The gaps between the glass sheets and the core allow access to the candles but demand from the user an amusing attention when handling the object, such as lighting up a fire or decanting wine.
The glass surface reflects the lit wick and delivers a magical effect that makes this a curious and beautiful object.
